What if I need alterations?

If you require alterations once you custom threads have been tried on, we will arrange this with our expert local tailor at no cost to you. If you are interstate or overseas then we will reimburse you the cost of the alterations. And if in the unlikely situation that your custom suit can not be altered, we will have it remade for you at no cost.

How does shipping work? Do you ship internationally?

We can ship anywhere in Australia and across the world. Shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer based on the relevant charges incurred via AusPost or DHL.

What is your return policy?

As all our garments are tailored to a customer's specific body / fit we are unable to faciliate returns on custom garments. However if you have any issues at all please contact us at reachout@bellingtonestate.com.au and we will endevour to work it out!
